I joined BariatricPal in August 2012. Since then I have experienced many of the wonderful things this site has to offer. Mostly I really appreciated the help I received from fellow patients on here. They shared with me their experiences and solutions to many questions, worries and concerns I had. They helped me attain my goal of 170 lbs.

I am one of the few that experienced continual complications due to my decision to have weight loss surgery.

I have never regretted my choice and am thankful to my team for giving me a new chance at life. Living each day new. With the chance to explore even more then I imagined.

I am a work in progress as I learn to change the way I see food and react to it. Put it in its proper place and find a better way to deal with the ups and downs of life.

I want everyone to be happy and healthy. Getting the most out of life and exploring all that is in front of them.

Paying it forward is why I am still on this site. As many helped me I in turn wish to help others and also learn more about the Bariatric field.
