I'm 5'6, 257 lbs. and have been considering surgery since fall of 2014. I talked with my doctor in March 2015 and she recommended the sleeve, and more thought on my end. In April I learned that my insurance doesn't cover any bariatric surgery and since then I have been looking into surgery in Tiajuana, Mexico. Open to learning from others. Thanks
