Started this process in 2007 and was scheduled for surgery when insurance said they would not pre approve but to have surgery and the company would look at my chart and decided if they would pay. So, 5 years later and new insurance I am back. Hoping for a Dec 2012 surgery date, but have to have Hiatal Hernia corrected too so will probably have both on the same day if doctors can coordinate their schedules.
