I am too overweight. At 52, my weight does not go away, no matter what I do. My thyroid does not work. I have had 6 knee surgeries and my weight is hard on my knee. I am also pre-diabetic. I would love to feel better again. I was up to 270. I was miserable. Had the surgery. 5 months later, feel great and look a LOT better.
