Pre-Op meal replacement shakes

Is anyone else on these meal replacement shakes? I have to take them from now until the surgery, and although they taste pretty good, they always come out very very foamy. I mix mine with milk because it tastes better then water. Any suggestions to cut down the foam???

    My nutritionist said if you blend them and get the foam to let it sit overnight. Then shake it a bit before drinking.
