Suppliments?

At my last fill it was suggested that I suppliment my diet with glutamine, is anyone taking this and do you see a big difference? Apparently it helps repair muscles and rebuilds them.

If you are able to do it the natural way and lift low weights it will help repair muscle loss. I lost most of my weight without exercising and I am still paying for it. You want to try very hard not to lose muscle tone while losing weight. I take only two supplements and that is B-12 and Iron.

My doctor just tested my blood (I am 3.5 years post-op) and I was low in iron. I take Celebrate vitamins - I noticed they advertise on this forum now. Their multivitamin is awesome (and comes in flavors). They have a wonderful iron that is chewable and grape flavored. They also now can be purchased through Amazon which is convenient for me. It is a 2-hour trip to my surgeon's office where I used to buy them. Now that I am post-op for so long, I am not going very often. I just do blood work near home and they fax over results.
