Question

I've seen many people refer to something called PBs. I have no idea what that means. CAn you someone help me out?

Apparently no one knows. LOL.

PB means "productive burp"---it's something that happens sometimes when you eat too fast or don't chew enough (or if your band is too tight). It's not really like vomiting, but it's similar.

And it is really gross! I have had it happen with co-workers around. Gross

Thanks, I'll remember that. I don't really eat out much so hopefully it will be a little while before I have to worry about that.

Mine usually starts with hiccups, so I listen to that signal if it happens.
