hello again!

So I have been trying to get the lapband for over 2 years now. The first time it didnt work out because my insurance changed, which was terrible. I now have an insurance that covers it, and am so happy. :)

PS.

Will I have to sit through another seminar, because I am in a different state with a different doctor?

Hi there! Welcome J

I’m not too sure if you will or won’t have to go through all the pre-ops as you already have. There are many factors going in. You have different insurance first of all, which all insurance has their own pre-op requirements.

My advice would be to ask these question of your PCP, or if you already have a Surgeon ask them. I’m sure they will be more than helpful in your journey.
