I went to the doctors to day and they weighed me ..... woooohoooo I lost 7 lbs. I have ben drinking two shakes and chicken or fish at night w/green veggies. It's not to bad I never thought I would ever be able to do this but I guess I showed myself....lol Well good luckk to everyone!!!!!!!!
