I am 2 weeks post off and am having sporadic menstral like cramps (sorry guys) on my right side about 6" above my appendix. Anyone else have any of these?

You still have a lot of healing going on in there. It can be deep layers of scar forming (that's a good thing) and it can feel like its in a different place from your incisions.If you look at or poke your incisions you know they are not completely healed yet and the same thing is probably going on inside. Sometimes they come in waves like menstrual cramps because your bowels move in waves in there and bug them...

I was told the surgery itself (Anesthesia) can cause cramps and an early period. I have been having the same pain

I turned out it was menstral cramps :Yawn:..just earlier than usual!
