Things don't taste the same

I am a year and 4 months out. I have started to notice something since my last fill, I think I am at my sweet spot, mostly that things don't taste "salty" enough, while my wife seems hyper-sensitive to salt.

I have been post-op long enough to know everyone is different, but have others had the same issue I have had, with things not being salty enough? I am just curious.

Thanks

:wink2:

Yes, I have noticed this. I try not to add salt to my food because it makes my feet and ankles swell, but food just seems so bland lately.

Weird -- I'm a year out, and this has not happened to me. It really shouldn't be band-related. . your taste buds are in your tongue, not your stomach! :wink2: Maybe something else is going on.

Good luck -- I hope it clears up soon!
