I was a diabetic who was on insulin for awhile and then I some lost weight and did not have to use it anymore. I maintained my blood sugar by diet for about two years. I had the lap band about 2 months ago and I am doing really well. The past week or so I have felt crappy. I checked my blood sugar and it is really low. I can drink some juice or milk to get it to spike up, but it doesn't last very long, and I crash again. I am getting lots of protein, but not sure if there is anything else I can do. Anyone else have the same problem? or similar? Thanks for your help.
