  1. I was a diabetic who was on insulin for awhile and then I some lost weight and did not have to use it anymore. I maintained my blood sugar by diet for about two years. I had the lap band about 2 months ago and I am doing really well. The past week or so I have felt crappy. I checked my blood sugar and it is really low. I can drink some juice or milk to get it to spike up, but it doesn't last very long, and I crash again. I am getting lots of protein, but not sure if there is anything else I can do. Anyone else have the same problem? or similar? Thanks for your help.
  2. Thank you all for your suggestions. I will talk to my doctor and see if I can get some blood work done. Thank you again.
  3. I'm about a month out from surgery, and I am terribly dizzy. I have a lot of symptoms like that of low blood pressure, but my doctor says mine is ok. I wonder if it is from the lack of food? Also, I am pretty active. Would not having the calories to burn possibly affect my energy and cause me to become dizzy? Maybe I am reading into this too much, but maybe someone else has a similar situation....Thanks in advance!
