About 1-3 lbs a week. I don't speak from experience, just LOTSA research about the band.

I was told by my surgeon that 1-2 pounds per week is average. Keep in mind that your body will plateau possibly for weeks at some point. Don't get discouraged, this is normal.

Also, I have found that since I exercise a lot, sometimes it takes a while for the scale to catch up. This is why it is a good idea to take measurements of your body so that when this happens you can see the progress without the scale.

I went all last month without losing but 4 pounds but I lost 10 inches.

My advisors say 1-2 lbs per week. So far, I'm on schedule.

However, from previous experiences, I know I will probably reach a plateau sooner or later. Just hang in there and eventually you'll lose again.
