I had a two month plateau. A month ago, I started exercising more and broke it (with a fury) and am losing quite a significant amount per week again.
Also, I had a sinus infection and got on Antibiotics and stupidly didn't asked for liquids, so I was breaking up the pills to take them. It was nightmarish in the mornings (Stupid I know, I learned my lesson-trust me). But I was stuck for almost 2-3 days straight from these stupid, jagged pills.
All of a sudden, it feels like I just got a fill. Everything is much tighter, including liquids, and it's been 6 months since I even had a fill. I called my surgeon and he said as long as I am tolerating liquids, than I should be fine; but he offered no explaination to why this might have happened. Can anyone fill me in?
Thanks
