Liquid Breakfast Ideas

My band is pretty tight in the morning so I keep drinking the same protein shake over and over... 4 oz. chocolate light soy, 4 oz. water, 1/2 banana, 1 TB pb, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder. I love it, but I am afraid I'm going to get sick of it.

So what liquid do you have for breakfast? I wouldn't mind trying some of the low carb Slim Fast shakes, but I want to call my doctor's office first and ask their opinion.

I have seen the shake recipes on here. Some of the flavored syrups and powders are hard to find. A few I've tried I just don't really care for.

Thanks for any advice! I really appreciate it :w00t:

Try starting your day off with 16 ounces of water; give it a few minutes, then see if you can eat "whatever" for breakfast, if you're tired of shakes. Most people are tight in the morning (and loosen up during the day) because they need hydration (and no, I love coffee, but it isn't hydration! LOL)

Try a yogurt in the mornings or pudding. I hear they(feel-right) have protein pudding out thats suppose to be pretty good.

Starting off with some liquid is a great idea. I am tight in the morning sometimes and I will have a little bit of hot tea. That seems to get things loosened up. Then I can eat something and get some Protein in.
