Stomach soreness question

I have been banded over a year - I have not had a fill in a few months because I finally got the right level of restriction. My question has to do with a few nights ago I guess I didn't chew my food enough and I had to make it come back up. The next day my stomach was very sore - I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow that was already scheduled a month ago so I will ask him to check it out but wondered if it is normal for the area where my stomach is to be sore - I have lost food like that before but didn't have the soreness and slight pain that I had this last time - I don't think my band slipped because I think I would have not been able to eat anything today and may have had more pain - I just feel sore bending over and slightly sore around my port too - Any thoughts? Thanks.

I've felt sore there too, bending over, laying down and even standing up for a few days now. What I found to make it feel better is a heating pad. (: I can lay on my side now and stand up without it being sore (:

I got stuck about two weeks ago and was sore for 3-4 days afterwards. I have recently increased my exercise - doing aerobics 4 times a week - I am finding that my stomach and port site are REALLY sore. I am enjoying the exercise and doing well with it but am worried about the pain - is that normal? I have DR appointment next week so will ask her then.
