??? on fill. 2nd one.

Hello, guys I posted on Monday of this week indicating that I had my 2nd fill and I defintely fill restriction. Been on liquids since then. But my question is when I drink something I have no problems swallowing, but I can feel it going down is that normal?? I can fill it going through stoma or esphogas or where ever it's going.. Is that normal? I'm just wondering because when I start eating again, if it's doing it with water / juice, I can't imagine with food. When my dr does his fills he makes u stay on liquids for a week, so I want be on mushies until next Tuesday... Can you all share with me your exeperience? This site really helps me a lot. Thank you.

I can not feel the sensation you are talking about, but my husband can. He says you feel it go down then shwoosh through the stoma and coats the "big" stomach. He did not have any problems progressing to foods after a fill, but when he did get stuck, he could feel the release in the same way going down as the liquids. Hope that helps.

Yes that helps, to know I'm not alone, mabye other bandsters will apply also.. Yes I took my vitamins on yesterday as I always do and one of them got stuck. And yes I felt it when it was released and traveled. Before that 2nd fill on Monday I didn't feel anything, had no problems taking vitamins, so this morning I broke the capsules and mixed with protein shake.. That's cool you and your husband had it... you care take notes together and feed off of each other.. Thank you for your response.
