Nose Bleeds

I have had severe nose bleeds post op. They come on every couple of hours. Has anyone else had this problem? I am not keeping my house too cold or dry to where this should be a problem. Do you think it is related to the post-op meds? I am taking hydrocodine and an anti-nauseau medicine. Please advise!
