I need a excercise tip!

Does anyone know a good exercise that will help tighten the muscle in my upper arms ( or as I refer to it my wings)? I look at myself in the mirror when I am combing my hair and am starting to see this flabby skin hanging there. Its not too bad yet but...I sure dont want it to get any worse!

Here are some pictures of kick backs and over head drops which work the tricep muscle. Push ups help also, you can do them against the wall.

I need an exercise buddy. I can't wait to move. I will be moving into a house and I will have so much more room.

I use my 5lb dumbells every night on my arms while watching TV for 15 minutes and have noticed a huge difference....it does not get rid of all the flabbines but there is a difference

Tricep dips on the edge of the couch or on a step or something although you may need to do dumbell exercises first. But I find once you can get to the point where you can do a full push up or tricep dip and use your bodyweight for resistance you get results REALLY fast.

I saw a report on a current affair type show a few weeks ago talking about a study done here that showed Tai Chi was great for 'bingo arms'... I've got them too :/
