My son lives on Myspace....but I have to warn you ...you can get some mighty nasty viruses from that sight. My computer guy told me about this and yes I had some really bad ones. Get a good spyware program too if you are gonna go to this site.

You asked the same thing I was gonna ask! Mine seems bigger then a golf ball. It gets tender at times too.

From what I am reading, it is my understanding that when ever you get fills, the doctor is supposed to remove the old fluid before putting in new fluid??? Mine does not do this. Should I be concerned? Should I ask him to remove the old stuff first??? Also, and this may sound stupid but, can the saline evaporate?

Last Monday night there was a news story regarding gastric bypass you can read the transcripts from that by going to foxchicago.com . Click on Fox focus tab and look for the story called 'Dying to be thin'. I have never been so sure that banding was the way to go for me. I hope this helps.

Monday night on Fox news at 9:00 PM there will be a special segment called..."Dying to be thin". It is about the gastric bypass surgery. I think I will watch this....to reassure myself that I did the right thing getting banded.

Johnnyreno, I normally don't post much here, but I have to say because of all the information that is already here, I dont have to. My questions and issues are already here and answered and I like that. The few posts that I do start are always answered respectfully. I also must say that I totally understand where you are coming from. I understand your anger and frustration. I just think, and this is just my opinion, that you handled it all wrong when you posted those emails. Don't get me wrong, I understand why you did it. You just wanted us all to be informed and possibly save someone the agony you went through and thats fine. I just think that maybe it could have been handled differently. I guess that I am one of a few (again just my opinion) that believes in our justice system. Get a lawyer...handle this the proper way. Thats what I would do if this happened to me. As for the rest of our Band brothers and sisters...please dont judge Johhnyreno for a temporary lack in judgement. I don't believe he meant any harm...he is just frustrated. It could happen to any of us. Wow..this is the longest thread I have ever written, but after reading all this, I just had to pass along my 2 cents. Didnt mean to upset anyone.

I found out yesterday i have to have an abdominal hysterectomy. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what I should expect. I had 2 c-sections in the past. I figure it can't be any worse. Am I right? How much time off from work will I be needing????
