Hi all

I am having the procedure on December 15th... I start my liquid diet on the 5th. Any suggestions.....I think it should be okay...

    Hope your procedure goes well. Don't forget that you can gain back lost pouds as soon as you go back on solids. Don't feel guilty about it, it's time for healing, not losing!
