My scale has been put up for 2 weeks and I don't even care, I'm eating healthy and walking 2.5 miles a day and I feel great.

So I'm just going to kick back and enjoy the ride. I have a doc appt next week so I'll update my ticker then.

Once a week - I like to see an appreciable difference!

I don't weigh but maybe once a month. When I do reach my goal I do weight daily to keep within one or two pounds of my goal weight. But, that was a long time ago.

Since my surgery was done on a Monday, I weight myself very Monday once a week.

me too, I'm going to start to weigh my self only in the morning before I eat but after I go to the bathroom

Daily. It helps keep me focused

My surgeon requests I weigh in every day and write it down. He goes over the list every time he does a fill.

Any time I have a gain or go 5 days without losing a lb, I'm supposed to go on protein shakes until I lose a lb.
