Hi everyone and I apologize if someone has already addressed this.
I was banded on 6/25 and I'm doing great and healing well. I've been taking in a lot of clear chicken broth some tomato soup broth and progressing to a little bit of scrambled eggs.
Yesterday an old bout of gout :cursing: flaired up and I was wondering what caused it. I thought I've been eating very well for quite some time to include pre op. Where did this come from? Sodium in the broth? I wouldn't think it was anymore sodium than what I had been used to.
Thanks and good luck to all
