I really have no idea. I was told to stay away from it because of how sticky it was. My doc has this powdered peanut butter that you add water to....it's very good, but I can't have it yet (i got to sample different stuff the day before surgery).

I'd think no, because of the sticky factor. But to be sure, call your doc or nutritionist tomorrow and ask.

natural smooth peanut butter is on my approved pureed list. i asked the nutritionist about the sticky factor and she said to just try it slow. i haven't tried it out yet b/c i have a tendency to OD on it as its one of my triggers. but as long as it's within your food amount limits, my doc gives it the ok.

I put it in my shakes in the blender in the beginning. It really improved the flavor!! I eat it often now on a spoon especially if my weight loss slows down because I'm not consuming enough calories.
