I need to do something before my knees get worse and I am starting to experience back problems. I have tried so many diets and I have gain every pound back plus more. HI NEIGHBOR.....Kristy from Lodi here. "Fill" means to add saline to your band via the port that is left inside of you. When is your seminar? I went to one yesterday and met a surgeon who does not cover my insurance. I have Kaiser. Is that what you have? You can email me directly at:
