I am one of those that fights head hunger and self-sabotoging. I drink water but not what I should. A friend suggested keeping ice cubes and sucking/crunching on them. It really is working. I bring a baggie of ice cubes to work also and keep it in the freezer. At home I beat the heck out of the cubes to make them more like chips. It is crazy I know, but crunching them little suckers makes me feel a lot better than drinking water.
