Hi All,
This question is for those who had surgery outside the US and had to fly home within 2-3 days post-op. Any complications? I already don't fly well, I usually get really airsick if I don't take any meds. I do okay if I use the Transderm SCOP patch, but I have moderate asthma, so it can over dry me and cause breathing problems. If I don't use the Transderm, I use 50-75 mg of Diphendyramine (Bendadryl). This dries me out too, but it has a much shorter half-life. I'm hoping to have the flight home be uneventful, but I'd like to hear stories from others who have done this. ANY information will be helpful. Thank you!
