OK 5 months after surgery and I have had 4 fills...I have an 11cc band and I have 6 cc in there...when am I going to feel restriction????? I have lost about 40 lbs...but that is only because I go on liquids right after each fill.....HELP

Probably in a couple more fills. I don't have very much restriction either. I have 6cc's in a 14cc band. I have to work hard and really watch what i eat and exercise for me to lose weight. I am starting to notice however that i do get fuller faster. Hopefully with my next fill or two I will be to my "sweet spot".

Hang in there. I have 5.8 cc's in a 10 cc band and still haven't reached my sweet spot. I go in tomorrow for another one and hope this is the one. Weight loss isn't as much as I'd like it to be, but it's not going up either, so I take each day as it comes. Baby steps.

You have probably not lost just because of the liquids after the fills. You are maintaining a 40 pound loss so you probably do have restriction and are eating a lot less than you realize!
