Walking my dog

My main problem right now is walking my dog. She is a puppy so is not fully trained not to pull. My friend who has been staying with me is leaving today so then it will be on me. Eek! How long until you were able to bend easily, pick things up, have things pulled on you?

After about 2 weeks I was good. By then I had my staples removed and I wasn't sore.

My first day home I was by myself...and stayed that way during the day for the remainder of the week. My BF had to work...so it was just me and the animals.

I walked the neighborhood the very first day back...to help with gas and prevent blood clots. I had to bend over slowly...but there was not a problem.
