Hi there STAR8888 and Ridethewave! I'm now about 16 months out from my lapband surgery at Mt. Carmel. Where are you considering having your lapband surgery at. Come visit us over on the USA Local Groups under Ohio and there is a Columbus thread of those of us who are in the Central Ohio area and support each other and actually meet in person once a month at the Polaris mall for coffee and talking.
