I finally asked Dr. Scott about other incisionless surgeries. Someone posted about an article in their newspaper about the first one in Kentucky or somewhere. Here's what he told me. The first incisionless one was in Mexico and the first one in the US was in St. Louis (Washington University). He says there are others that are working on an incisionless procedure too so there may be other reports of this in the US. His procedure is in the FDA trials and should be the first one to be approved. (Wish I had been able to buy stock in that company).

I think it's fascinating.
