Hello everyone.. I am new to this site.I had my lap-band surgery on April 21st i am 7 days out and i have lost 36 pounds counting the weight i had lost before my surgery not a bad start.. Nice to meet you guys!! Arliene

Hi Arliene im Sonya in AZ, I had mine on the 21st too! I didnt have to do the pre-op diet though so I have just lost 7.5 pounds since the 21st.

Hello, wow 36 pounds thats great. I also had my surgery on April 21st and didn't have to do a preop diet so I've only lost 5 pounds since surgery.
