Hello everyone!

I am scheduled for my surgery on April 30th...(yay! I think?) I'm dealing with my protien shake diet...and when I say that, I mean...PROTEIN SHAKES ONLY! UHG!! I've messed that up twice already...I'm feeling a bit anxious but am loving this site already...reading the posts have helped me so much!

I'm looking foward (NOT) to beginning that phase myself in two weeks. I wish someone would tell us what the very best protein shake is as far as protein content etc. I am NOT interested in using a protein that's made of gross proteins. GOOD LUCK!
