All about food - some good tips!

There is tons of info about what foods to eat after lap band surgery. I found an article with some good tips - the one about drinking between meals is definitely true - it really fills you up fast!! and its good to know that once in a while, a little bit of ice cream is okay :smile2: Making Healthy Choices after Bariatric Surgery | Arturo Rodriguez, MD - Check it out - What do you think? :sneaky:

Thank you for the great info!:sneaky:

Great information.

Along with remembering to chew I find the greatest tip for me is to actually put my fork down between bites.

For some reason when I do this I chew allot more and I resist the urge to cram food in my mouth and helps me to make my meal last 20 minutes.

I also enjoy an occasional dessert.
