Banded on 3/30/09

Good Morning All,

This is my first post to this website. It's a wonderful site, and I've enjoyed the information. I was banded 7 days ago (3/30). Yeah! I am having problems getting the protein drinks down. I was prepared before hand, and founds the one's I liked. Now, the taste is terrible, and they make me gag. Any suggestions? My energy level is zero right now, but I am sure that's to be expected.

Signed,

East TN Girl :smile2:

I found I liked the Slimfast Low Carb pretty good...the chocolate tastes pretty good and the vanilla is pretty good if you blend it with ice and some fruit. There are so many Slimfast products, but the Low Card has 20 grams of protein and only 2 grams of carbs. I found it most places that sell Slimfast (but not my Target, LOL).

I drink a protien water purchased from the gym I work out at. I too gag at the thought and taste of a protein dring however this water is phenomenal and has 40 grams of protein, no carbs, no sugars and reminds me of the tasts of tang. I love it! CYTOMAX PROTEIN DRINK www.cytomax.com
