Friday Weigh Ins

I weigh in weekly and plan on posting here to keep me focused. If anybody else wants to post their losses on fridays with me feel free. I figure the more the merrier and we can cheer each other on as we start climbing back down the scale! Personally I find Fridays help keep me focused over the weekends.

Hi guys! 208 and exactly one week post op!
Surgery day weigh in 216 one week later 208 yehhhhh
241 today - still. Stupid period needs to hurry up so I'll get rid of this water.

- Mi_Illusion_St, Terebel, Grazia - If you wanna play friday weigh ins - I need your weight prior to your pre-op diet.

- Celtic - when you were in hospital I thought that you weren't coming back to friday weigh ins - so I deleted your data (sorry! I didn't know that you were in Hospital!)

Can you tell me your weight prior to pre-op diet also please.

Cheers!

24TH APRIL RESULTS ARE IN!

This week's biggest loser was MRS MITCH!! Woohoooo!!! With TEN pounds!!

But JayTee is still kicking butt overall with 53lb down!!

Doodle and Kaner, you guys are pretty close behind Jaytee with your total loss as a % of starting weight. Great work everyone stick at it!!

I think we should add another section - what is your goal weight in pounds ?

I'd be interested in seeing people's goal BMI (since I don't know heights, their BMI means more to me). Just a suggestion.

If everyone gives me their goal weight and their height, then I will be able to make a BMI part on the spreadsheet!!

I'm 5 feet 10 in or 11 in depending on the convenience store I'm coming out of.

My first 2 goals are in my signature line after 190 I'd like to se how close I can get to 180.

I think I've mentioned before that about 6 weeks before surgery I was using the 50 Million Pound Challenge meal plan and it really helpd me lose before surgery.

Sounds great! My height is 5'4" and my goal weight is 150 lbs. Which according to my ticker is a BMI goal of 25.7. I struggle with knowing if that is realistic, but there you have it.

:smile2: Kaner

Hey Lingling, my goal weight is 150 lbs. and I am 5' 2''.

Thanks Lingling for doing this! I'm so interested in seeing people's goal BMI's as I have no clue what's reasonable. I set a range, but I'll give you my 'pie in the sky' goal (probably not attainable, 100# sounds cool though, but I'll be happy with less). Set me at 5' 8.75" (doc counted me at 5'8" which I was thankful for), and end goal of 148#.

Hi all, I'd like to jump on the band wagon!!!

My preop/pre diet weight was 218, I weighed today and I am down 14.8 pounds (203.2)! My BMI prior to surgery was around 37. But my ticker says that I'm 36.3. I'm 5'5". I am hoping to lose down to 145 but will take 150 if I feel good there. Let me know what else I need to add. Everyone seems to be doing so well! How inspiring! Just 4 pounds until ONE-DERLAND! Thanks for putting this all together.
