pbed earlier and now feel "bruised" when drinking

I have had these Peanut Butter and pretzel nugget thingys before, but today they did not agree with me. I pbed my brains out this afternoon over 5 of them and that was enough that I will never eat them again!

Now, 3 hours later I am attempting to drink something and it goes down with much gurgling...and I feel "bruised"

I am too traumatized to eat real food and will be sticking to mushies tonight for dinner.

I know if I slipped, nothing would go down...I am not in pain, just feel this feeling - any one know what this is?

If you pbed your brains out, you probably have some swelling. Stick to liquids if possible for a day. If it continues, call your doctor.

i agree with crzytchr. stick to liquids for 24 hours then see how it goes.

Stay away from those white carbs. Especially after a Pb'ing incident. My Dr book says to go back to all liquids if this happens for at least 24 hours. You are swollen, the wretching causes some bad feelings and makes it tough. I am 14 months out and only dare to eat about spoonfull of mashed potatoes. I like to rotate the ice cold and the warm afterthis happens. The frozen proteins shakes take the edge off after this. Good luck.:cursing:
