I just got approved and thought it would be a good idea to check in here. I'm supposed to call and schedule a date this week; have mixed feelings about the whole thing.

Actually, I've been investigating this for several years. Now, that I have the approval, it's no longer a pipe dream. It's similar to when I proposed to my wife. I asked her about 10 times, because she thought I was joking. When she finally accepted, reality hit. I still wanted to do it, but I started second guessing myself: "Am I doing the right thing? Why am I doing this? I'm just asking for trouble." That was 39 years ago and we're still married.

This is a major commitment and I'm going to do it, but.....

I just have to go through my little internal struggle before I do it.
