I actually love optifast! I got chocolate and i feel like i get to drink chocolate milk all day! I just wanted to share! I am too excited!:)

Great to hear you went with Castro. He is great. I was banded on 12/12/08 almost 13 weeks and down 41 lbs. It is coming off slowly but like Castro said 2 to 3 pounds a week. Exercise is the key big time. I go to Castro for my fills and his team is great!!! They have support group meetings every 3rd Tue of the month. I go every month. It is very helpful. Hope to see you there.

Good Luck and Blessing.

I would love to go to support meetings, would you pm me with info?

How has it been since the surgery? What are you eating? I am scheduled for March 27th in Conroe, Texas.

Hi! I'm scheduled for surgery on April 03, in Texarkana, tx with Dr.Kelin. I'm really excited because I've been trying to have the surgery for 9 months but this pre-op diet is killing me. I'm only on day 2 and I'm at some friends house who have cooked fish and I automaticallly reach in the plate for a piece and have it eat before I even realize I'm not suppose to do this. Habits are hard to break!
