Another Newbie

I'm Melinda, another newbie. I just went to the information seminar. It has taken me 6 years and many more pounds to realize I simply can't do it myself.

I am just starting my insurance approval process so at this point I don't know if they will require a medically supervised weight loss program etc. I'll know more this week.

I hope you will all walk with me on this journey.

Glad you are all here.

Melinda
