Hi Everyone,

I was banded on 2/17/09, had first doctor's visit today and so far have lost 10 lbs. I will have my first fill 3/30/09 the day after my birthday. Well I don't know just how good this is but I guess they say you don't want to lose it too fast and I guess in this situation a loss is better than a gain, so I'm satisfied with it. Okay and just to let everyone know I am happy about the fill but I am terrorified of needles. So is there anyone with some comforting advice on this. It will be greatly appreciated.
