OW!! Pain lower left side!! HelP??

I am 2 days post-op and have a sharp pain in my lower left side around where my ovary would be down in my pelvis. I think maybe it is gas, but it's been there all day! Anyone experience this??

I wondered about that, but it's awful low and I don't have any incisions in that area, so that's why I was worried. It still may be gas. How do you get this stuff out? The gas-x strips aren't cutting it. I feel so bloated!

I know my shoulders are killing me and the surgeon stated that the gas they use inside of you to move things around so they can operate. The gas has to disapate on its own. Maybe yours is trapped lower.
