Bad breath!!!

Hey everyone!!!

I am now in my second week with my band and things are going well but ...

I have bad breath!!! Is this due to the liquid diet or what? And how can I get rid of it???!!!

Thanks all!

a lot of us suffered with it.. due to the foods or lack of it.. im on mushy stage & in the mornings i still wake up with bad breath, but by lunch time its gone..

i just used to rinse with mouth washes throughout the day more..

im sure it does go away when were back to eating normaly

i thought mine was from the protein shakes/drinks I was drinking. anyway, I used the listerine quick dissolving strips and they worked to mask it.

It is ketosis my dear. Which is actually a good thing if you are doing low carb--no arguments needed. Your fat is being released by your pee, sweat, and breath. So with every bad breath you take think of it as--you're losing weight. Do not try to hyperventilate to lose faster--it doesn't work. lol. :)

Good luck with the Lysterine.
