February 17, 200917 yr I've noticed the abbreviation PB in a lot of posts. I may be an idiot but can anyone tell me what it means?
February 17, 200917 yr PB = "productive burp" A PB is when a bandster either 1) eats too fast 2) eats too much 3) swallows too large of a bite, or 4) eats something the band doesn't agree with. It is analogous to vomiting, except not as "violent" (at least not for me). The food is stuck above the stoma, so it comes up pretty easily....more like a cough-up or a burp-up than a true vomit. It is not pretty, nor does it feel good. PB'ing can be minimalized by following all the doctor's rules.
