? about weight loss

I had my adjustment yesterday. I weighed in at the doctors office at 229.5 pounds. I weighed myself just a few minutes ago and it showed 224 pounds. My scales always say the same as the ones at the doctors office. Is it possible that I have actually lost 5 pounds since yesterday morning. I haven't been able to eat anything and I have very little liquids.

I just got my first fill today so I'm of no help to you... but let me tell you, if I weigh 5lbs less in the morning I will be the happiest camper EVER!!

Good luck!

Perhaps you were retaining a lot of fluid?

Any rapid gain or loss like that is fluid. 8 ounces of water weighs about 1 pound...

I always take my shoes off at the doctors because they weigh 2lbs. Do you think maybe that happens with you? If so you still lost 3lbs overnight and that is great!
