  1. Great Job I know what it feels like to have 100lbs gone.
  2. Good Luck I am waiting on an approval from my insurance company to have my TT. Let me know how bad the pain is
  3. What do you change about your diet every 1-3 weeks? I thought about going back to the preop diet for 1 week to see how that worked
  4. Thanks for the info. I am waiting to hear from my insurance company about getting a tt. I hope they approve it and I am trying really hard to drop a little more weight before I get the approval letter. (My Dr says to think positive they have approved them before) I only have 35 more to drop and would like to be down 10 before surgey. Good Luck on Friday.
  5. I wish someone would have told me how hard the last 25lbs was going to be!
  6. Is your insurance going to cover this?
  7. OHM, I wish I could run more than one minute at 5.5 without being short of breath. How did you get to the point that you could runs so long. I just cant seem to get my legs strong enough. (Not to mention I have to wear two pair of pants to run because I need a tummy tuck)
  8. God I am right there with everyone else. I can't seem to drop even half a pound and since I can't lose anything else I am starting to over eat because I am stressed out about it.
  9. Good Luck. It will be worth it!
  10. Most insurance will cover the reduction but will they sometimes cover the panni? I don't need a reduction i need implants but I do need a panni. I go Feb 1 to see a plastic surgeon.
  11. I am 1 year post op with 7.5cc in a 10cc band and I still take meds whole. I've never crushed them and never will. I take one pill then 15 min or so later I take another and so on. It is a pain to do it that way but at least I get them down. I even take a calcium chew twice a day and can get it down. Don't stress it will all work out. GOOD LUCK and remember we are hear for you!
  12. Good Luck!!! Have you started some type of exercise program yet? That is going to be the key to good weight loss. P.S. Happy soon to be Birthday!
  13. No pasta or bread anymore for me. It usually gets stuck and I have to bring it back up so I don't even try to eat it anymore
  14. I'm 10 months post op and down 107lbs and I still look in the mirror and see someone that weighs 302lbs. I wonder if our mind ever catches up with our body?
  15. Wait until you have had a few fills and pizza and chicken alfredo pasta causes you to have so much pain you don't think about it again.
  16. Good Luck I hope everything works out for you!
  17. Give it more time. It does get much better.
  18. My throat felt the same way starting last week so I went to an Ear Nose and Throat doctor and he put a camera down my nose to look at it and he said that it was very red and that he thought it was just from the acid in my stomach traveling up and causing it to be swollen. He wants me to take two Nexium a day and see if that helps
  19. I just finished the 30 day challange today on Easy mode. For the first few days my legs hurt so bad I sat down like I was having a baby every day got so much easier that I stopped feeling any pain. I am going to take a rest for a week before starting another 30 day challange on a higher level. Good Luck
  20. Wow this is the first time I can say that I am happy with an insurance company's decision. Do you think 50lbs is worth going to mexico putting yourself in debt and maybe having complications that cause even bigger problems than you have being 50lbs overweight? Even though death is unlikely it could happen on the operating room table. Give this great thought before you leave for Mexico. Good Luck
