Nausea after fill

I had my first fill today. The water I drank in the office went down fine. I had soup for lunch, didn't feel full or have any restriction but about an hour later started feeling really nauseous and it hasn't gone away. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you for any help!

You'll probably do this anyway but if it happens tomorrow (or if you're still nauseated) you should call your doctor!

Some people react to a tight fill immediately at a doctor's office, while others can have an unusual reaction one hour later or weeks later.

Monitor your situation, if you are unable to drink fluids without feeling sick to the stomach then you need to call your doctor. If you keep fluids down with no problem, but start having problems with mushies or solids, then you need to call your doctor.

Good luck!

This has happened to me also. I've had 2 fills. I was fine in Dr's office but later that night I felt sick to my stomach also. My appts are always late in afternoon. I would have soup for dinner. I never called Dr because it always went away. I had no problem the next day and was able to start eating with no problems.

Hope you feel better soon! :cursing:

Thank you for the feedback. I had some protein shake this morning and so far feel good. Still no restriction though...guess I'll see what happens tomorrow with the mushies!

Your situation sounds similar to mine. I felt nauseas later in the afternoon and lasted it all night. I am glad to hear yours fianllypassed. I can only hope that when I wake up I fell better.
