  1. Thank you for the feedback. I had some protein shake this morning and so far feel good. Still no restriction though...guess I'll see what happens tomorrow with the mushies!
  2. I had my first fill today. The water I drank in the office went down fine. I had soup for lunch, didn't feel full or have any restriction but about an hour later started feeling really nauseous and it hasn't gone away. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you for any help!

  4. Hello everyone. I am 5 days post surgery and have lost 12 lbs so far. But starting last night I become soooo hungry I couldn't sleep and have also been incredibly nauseous. On the hunger front I know I need to just hang in there for another week but does anyone have any suggestions on how to help with the nausea? Thank you so much for any advice! Finding this site has been such a blessing. laplrn
