Thoughts and Opinions...

Has anyone gone back to liquids for a jumpstart to a fresh start?

I have been pretty much unfilled for the past 2 months due to gall bladder issues. At least that is what I am writing it off for. Anywho, I had my gallbladder out and have been eating pretty much anything and everything I want to... I will say I can't eat the quantities I used to, but I have DEFINITELY been eating the wrong stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if I gained several pounds back... I see the doc. on Friday for a fill. Should I do liquids until then to get back on track or just pick up tomorrow like nothing has happened and go back to eating the right way?

Thanks in advance!

I have occasionally went back on liquids for a few days, there is a 5 day pouch test that if you search for will give you a link. I found it helpful before I had any restriction to get some back.

Thanks for that link, it looks very useful. I've added it to my "favorites" for when I may need it in the future (I probably will, at some point!)
